1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pranan, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the service.
2. Description of Service
Pranan is a personal intelligence platform that creates an AI representation of you to manage communication across connected channels. The service allows you to configure your AI identity to respond to emails, messages, and other communications on your behalf according to your preferences.
3. Account Registration
To use Pranan, you must create an account. When registering, you agree that:
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- One AI identity per account -- you may not create multiple AI identities under a single account
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Pranan for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, impair, or overload the service. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use your AI identity to impersonate others without explicit consent
- Use the service for spam, harassment, abuse, or illegal activity
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or algorithms
- Exceed rate limits or deliberately abuse the API
- Access the service through automated means without authorization
5. Intellectual Property
You own all content you create and upload to Pranan, including voice recordings, writing samples, and documents. We own the Pranan platform, technology, algorithms, and brand. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content solely to provide the service to you.
6. Payment and Billing
Our subscription terms are as follows:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection
- Founding member rates are locked for the duration of your active subscription
- New subscribers receive a 30-day money-back guarantee -- full refund if you cancel within 30 days of purchase
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days advance notice
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
7. Limitation of Liability
The Pranan service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for actions taken by your AI on your behalf
- We are not liable for outages or failures of third-party services (Gmail, Slack, etc.)
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your account will be deactivated and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Some provisions of these terms (including intellectual property, liability limits, and governing law) survive termination.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thailand.
